Course / program:

Total 8 levels (Starters,
Movers, Riders, Racers, Flyers, Endeavour, Achievers & Stars)

Each Level takes 3 months to
complete (24 Hours)
v
Each month there will be 4
classes minimum – Weekly one class of 2 hours duration
Home practice for each day – 10 Minutes
